Everything sold on Apex Customs is a digital file delivered instantly after payment. Because a download can't be returned, all sales are final.

If something's wrong

If a build doesn't work as described (missing files, broken model, won't stream), open a ticket in our Discord with your order email. We'll fix it, send a corrected file, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first. Opening a chargeback on a delivered digital product may result in your access being revoked.
